As an eventmanager at DECO RO/NI, me and my companion organised a funeral themed party.
We wanted to take our time to say goodbye for good to our notorious Omi Kron. What a life she lived… But we didn’t want to make it a sad party, because even though our Omi had passed away, we wanted to celebrate life.
So the party started in a dark, church-ish area. We welcomed our guests with a cup of weak coffee and dry cake. And off course: a long and boring speech. But then, just as everybody almost fell asleep, we popped the champaign and opened a new dance area full of colours and happiness! People danced till they dropped and in that way, Omi will never be forgotten.
